Costumes
Amelia is the villain and the main character in the film so I wanted to give her a casual and scary look to the character as the clothes she will be wearing will representing her in the film to the audience. I wanted this character to be presented strong and powerful in the film, by making the dress code casual clothing it connotes across to the audience that she is powerful and she can end up in a high paying job. As we are breaking the conventions in the horror genre, these are the clothes I see the character wearing in the film and this is how I want the character to be presented to the audience. She can be the woman of every man's dream, a character very good looking but playing the villain in the film. Again I am breaking the conventions for the horror genre.

Aaron is one of the male characters in The House Guest. I have given Aaron Trescott a casual look as this character is very casual throughout the film and by giving him a casual look, target audience whom are male gender can relate to Aaron as they will might or have the same style of fashion as Aaron Trescott from The House Guest. The clothes that this character wears in the film trailer are sporty and looks like that he is into sports, but if I were to be creating film I would have gave this character the style of clothes you can see above in the Pinterest board. Overall by looking at the clothes this character will be wearing, I believe that he will being making the film more realistic as he wears the same type of clothes as the target audience would wear in their day to day business.

Logan is one of the male characters in The House Guest. He is given a very sporty look to the audience so the character himself can relate to the audience for this film. This is because I feel that the audience will understand and feel what the character is going through in the film if they do not relate to the audience so that is why I wanted Logan to relate to its audience too. This shows that the audience will care about the audience and if he is wearing the same style of clothe, this will make it even more easier for the character. His fashion style is casual with sporty style, so he wears a lot of Nike brand and looks like that he is into his sports. I believe these little things in the costume will make a big difference for the audience as they will see horror things happening around the character who can relate back to their own style of life like the clothes they wear.

My Teaser Poster For The House Guest
This is my teaser poster for The House Guest film I am currently working on. As part of my research, I have decided to create a teaser poster to create a mystery for the audience. I believe this poster will help market my film to more of my target audience as I am posting this on the blog as well as the Twitter and Facebook pages that I have created for The House Guest. This teaser poster is keeping the audience on edge as it is not giving a lot of information on what the film could be like or what the main plot for the film is. I have used three main colours to create this poster, I have used black, white and grey for the colour scheme in this teaser poster. I believe this is good for my film as this gives another mystery to the audience right now and I believe that this will make the audience interested in the film.

The House Guest Script
My Script contains many shots of what each of the characters will be saying in my film trailer. This explains what type of dialogues I am having in the trailer. And this script will give the audience a chance to see what type of language I have used in the trailer and also shows how this film is rating age 15+. This is also what the audience will be expecting in the trailer and this shows how we took the research back and looked at what the audience wanted in the trailer, and I have tried to include as much as possible for the audience.

Updated Screenplay
A
screen play for a film is the movie script, complete with stage directions and
acting instructions.
Here
is the updated screenplay for my film trailer, The House Guest. I will be using
this screenplay but only partly as I will be producing new ideas during the
filming but this screenplay gives me and shows you a brief overview of the
dialogue I wish use in my trailer.
The screenplay I have created for my trailer has
helped me greatly in thinking about the plot and the content details that I
wish to have in my trailer. I wish to show as little of my plot as I want to
avoid spoilers but I want enough to be shown so the audience know the film's
synopsis and begin to introduce them to the characters. This gives the audience
more information on the trailer that the TNA Twisted Production is presented
next year in May. This screenplay is also opening more features like annotation and ideas for the trailer, so I will be able to communicate the characters a lot stronger through the trailer. Even more this will create a very tense experience for my audience through the aspect from the camera angles, lighting and movements. Overall, creating the screenplay given me a more in depth of what will be included into my trailer.
